Tom Arnow

Tom has successfully negotiated, bid, won, and completed numerous construction projects since obtaining his General Contractor’s license in 2009. Tom prides himself on ensuring that each project is absolutely ahead of schedule and under budget. These projects range from residential single-family homes, many large custom 3-4 story waterfront Key West Estate style homes in SW FL to commercial remodel build-outs as well as complete large buildings from the ground up. Tom has leveraged his Finance degree from FGCU to go much deeper into understanding a project, the financial requirements and underlying client needs and desires.
