Nicholas Rigoni

After obtaining a Business Finance degree from the University of Central Florida in 2003, Nicholas began his career in the construction & development industry with a national homebuilder. Nicholas has experience in both residential construction and sales. As a construction purchasing manager he played a key role in every aspect of the home building process. Nicholas went on to successfully close over $130 million in residential real estate as well as facilitating a $14 million institutional investment transaction in 2008. In 2010 Nicholas and his brother Vincent founded their own real estate investment company, Vantage Partners of SW FL, which has gone on to complete successful real estate acquisitions, sales, and construction remodels. This experience has been the framework which led Nicholas to follow his dream of building quality homes. As a partner in Leela Homes Nicholas puts integrity first.
