After obtaining a Business Finance degree from the University of Central Florida in 2003, Nicholas began his career in the construction & development industry with a national homebuilder. Nicholas has experience in both residential construction and sales.

Vince Rigoni’s true passion is all things Real Estate. This industry has never felt like ‘work’ to him and he exudes passion as well as in-depth knowledge in many areas of the home building process including land acquisition, sales and development planning.

Tom has successfully negotiated, bid, won and completed many construction projects since obtaining his General Contractors license in 2009. Tom prides himself on ensuring that each project he is involved in is absolutely ahead of schedule and under budget!
