This is a complete remodel by Leela Lifestyle Homes partners Nicholas and Vincent Rigoni. Condo renovation was successfully completed in 2015. This property was completely transformed from a dated apartment grade unit to the upscale, clean and modern luxury condo it currently is. The kitchen was improved from a small galley kitchen to a luxury kitchen with finishes you’d expect to see in a custom home. Creative ideas like opening up a second closet to become a desktop workspace and flowing the shower tile around the bathroom walls to achieve a custom penthouse look were implemented in the new design. This project was a result of the creative passion and thought that goes into every Leela Lifestyle Homes new build or remodel, truly setting it apart from the rest.
