This is a complete remodel by Leela Lifestyle Homes partners Nicholas and Vincent Rigoni. This extensive renovation was successfully completed in 2014. The property was completely transformed from a dated apartment grade unit to the upscale, clean and warm luxury condo it currently is. Remodel includes many design changes, energy efficiency improvements and truly has that “wow” factor. Creative design changes include more kitchen cabinet space and double vanities in bathroom. This project was completed in a timely manner and came in under budget.
